Good Day Folks ..
Have an application at http://www.lenovoservicetraining.com/ion/asp_introduction/menu.htm
noting a couple of issues ..

1. Presentations download but fail to start ..
2. Audio levels are different between an embedded flv and a presentation file .. though all the audio was normalized
in a 3rd party application prior to importing into Captivate ..

appreciate any comments / suggestions

THANKS ... Dave

I just watched the first three sections: overview, spm, lenova training. Each "intro" with the lady speaking, cut off early and something else tried to load (the "desktop capture?") but failed to do so.

    the "intros" look nice though.

I checked the site and clicked a couple of the lessons.
All seemed to work fine here!
The lessons all loaded; saw the video in the upper-left corner and the
content surrounding it (didn't go past the first page).
If it's not loading on your client systems, could be a permissions
thing? Do they see the loading bars? Have the proper version of the
    Flash player installed?
The movie audio sounded fine to me...

Eric ... THANKS for the response and for taking the effort to view ...

The dektop capture of the course(s) occurs after the video you saw ... thats where I noted the issue ..

I've since redone the entire project .. the original was capture w/ full motion and the output was fairly large .. I've been able to reduce the file sizes by greater then a factor of ten .. though from the vantage of my home computer .. performance hasn't seemed to improve .. now..... I have a 6Mb/s connection vs my corporate 25Mb/s ... plus I'm using a Server OS so .. that may be affecting it ...

with regard to the audio .. I've pretty well determined that Captivate normalizes imported audio ... I understand that for the non - av literate folks .. its a nice feature .. unfortunately it would be nice if this function could be turned off .. paticualy when you attempting to balance audio between two different "components" as I am here .. flv's and Swf's ...

    Once again THANKS !!!
