Just lost over an hours worth of work here.  Clicking on debug doesn't help apparently. The only thing Dr. Google or the help topics reveal is the one person who had trouble trying to collaborate, and I'm working solo. The only thing I can figure out is this is a "permission problem" in that I am trying to save it back to the external drive that the project was on, but this doesn't make any sense. In the short term it seems I can save it to Dropbox or this computer, but it would be better to be able to put it on the external drive.

thanks

Working on Captivate projects saved to external LAN drives is NOT recommended if you value your sanity.

See the section in this post about backing up projects and where NOT to do it:

    http://www.infosemantics.com.au/adobe-captivate-troubleshooting/how-to-set-up-preferences

If you follow your current practice of trying to save your project directly to the LAN drive from Captivate you will run a great risk of corrupting your project each time you work.  Don't do it.
