Sticky menus/buttons?

I'm working on a responsive project i Captivate 9 (with the latest updates). 

Is it possible to make sticky buttons in the project? My issue right now is, that the student sometimes (depending on the different smartphones and tables) has to scroll down to see the buttons, that in my project are placed in the bottom of the slides, smart positioned relative to the left and a bottom.
