Stop looping of Event video

I have mutliple event videos included in a Captivate 2019 project.
Each of the videos has been edited and trimmed - then coded as H254 using Adobe Media Encoder.

When the project is previewed and/or published the video continue to loop - not stopping at the designated end.

In the properties for the video, the loop feature is NOT checked.

How do I resolve this issue?

I need each video to stop at the designated end so the learner can advance to the next slide for a knowledge check.
