Stop slide from advancing unless button is clicked

Hi there,

I am working on a project where the user needs to click a next button to advance to the next slide. The problem I am having is that after I publish the project the user can click anywhere within the project to advance. They can click on a random blank space and it will go to the next slide.

Is there anyway to prevent this?

    How did you set up the action for that button? I hope you allowed infinite attempts? Which version are you using?

    Yes it is set up for infinite attempts. I have multiple buttons on my screen. Do they need all be set to infinite attempts?

    I am using captivate 9.
