Struggling to publish Captivate 12.3 project to run on Samsung tablet

Hi, completely new to Captivate and just finished creating my first assessment. The project is a title page with 15 multiple choice quiz slides and results slide.

I do not need LMS intergration at the moment, it is being used as a one time assessment and then the results are shown to the trainer to confirm the pass. The published project works no problem on my laptop but opens up a blank page on a tablet (Samsung Internet and Chrome). I feel I am missing something small but can't figure it out.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @samh14181231

Can you please provide the following?

  • The project that you're using. If there is confidential information on the project, please remove those. we'd like to reproduce the issue on our end.
  • Also check if the project can be previewed on the device picker.

Thanks,

Saurav

Hi Saurav, I am unable to upload .cpt file as it "is not supported".

On preview, it works no problem and running it on a laptop no problem. As soon as it goes on to the tablet, it loads up on the brower but it stays at a plain white page.

Did you activate AutoPlay?

I didn't but just activated it and re-published it. Still no luck, just a plain white page.

I am sorry, was just an idea. Did you wait long enough? The output of this new version is very slow to load and render, even in a pretty short project on a desktop PC with a networked connection. A tablet has not the same hard/software potential and I suspect it will be even slower.
