Stuck in Loop Getting Assets from Asset Store

I'm in Captivate 11.5.1 and downloaded assets from both the Assets library and eLearning Bros library under the Discover tab. They show up in my downloads. When I select any one of the files (currently trying for Intro Diamond France Non-Responsive cptx) and choose to Open as New Project I get stuck in an endless look Getting Assets from Asset Store. I've let it sit overnight, too. I'm on Windows 10. Totally frustrated.

    That is a project from the eLearning Brothers. Can you find it on your system (eLearning Assets under Public Documents\Adobe)?  I never used a project of the eLB. Do you have the same problem with one of the projects packaged with Captivate or with other downloads? If yes, please ask on the eLB site...
