Styles changing in rollover and down states

I had an odd problem recently where a lot of buttons changed to the title style for the rollover and down states. I cannot think of anything I did that would have made this happen (and I can't even think of a way that this would be possible). When I click on rollover or down states the style changes from Primary button (which is what it should be) to Title.

Has anyone else reported this problem in Captivate 2017? It occurred after resaving a template after updating some styles.

I am able to fix it fairly easily but just thought I would report it to the forum as it seems to be quite odd behaviour.
