Submit button appears on all publish/previews except for html5

Question

I"m new to captivate, so apologies of this is a dumb question. Building a simple click/reveal and when I preview or publish it a submit button appears in all outputs except for the html5 version. It's not on my timeline and I have no idea how to get rid of it.

Can you provide some details, what do you mean by a 'click/reveal'? Since you get a Submit button, that means that you are using either a Question slide, or a Drag&Drop slide. Maybe you can post a screenshot. Can you check which master slide is used for that 'click/reveal'?

Please tell which version you are using, if you publish to SWF or HTML, if it is a normal (blank) or a responsive project.
