Subscription Upgrade Path From CAP9 to CAP2017?

Hello,

I have a subscription for Captivate 9. I've downloaded Captivate 2017 and successfully installed the program. When I launch the program I am asked if I wish to continue my trial, license this software, or buy now. I select License This Software, thinking that is the right way to upgrade using my subscription. I sign in using my Adobe ID and the program prompts me for a serial number. The only serial numbers I have are for Cap 9, Win and Mac versions.

Am I missing something? I checked my account with Adobe and my copy of Cap 9 is registered (as a Mac version when I'm using the Win version).

If you have a serial number, that means normally that you didn't have a subscription but a perpetual license. The subscription license normally only needs your Adobe ID. Are you sure to have a subscription license?

Well, I've only been using Cap 9 for a little over a year and that has only cost me the same as the annual subscription fee... I do think it odd that I didn't get a notification from Adobe with the information needed to upgrade. Guess I'll have to contact customer support to resolve this.
