SuccessFactors Grade Not showing up in course history

Has anyone else had a problem where you create a course using Captivate including questions and even though the student successfully gets a passing percentage on the quiz, when the student reviews their course history, but the "Grade" field shows up as Blank?

We are using Captivate 8 to create the course and have it set up as SCORM 2004 version 4.

As the LMS Administrator, I can go into the student record and "see" the percentage correct that the student got on the completed course, but when I go in as a student and try to view my own course history, the course shows up, but the Grade field shows up as blank.  I am hoping that I can get the percentage correct to show up in this field.  It also shows up as blank when I try to do an API call to get the student's course history.

Right now when someone wants to know what the percentage correct "grade" is for a student on a course, they have to contact me and then I manually have to look it up.  I would like to develop a browser-based lookup for this to give to the end-users using the new SuccessFactors APIs, but it won't do any good if the Grade field comes back as blank.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

I am also working with SuccessFactors Support to try & figure this out.  They would like for me to send them a lot of log files from the browser while I am taking the course (which I am doing).  But they are not Adobe Captivate experts.

I could set a variable at the end of the course using cpInfoPercentage to set the Grade, if I only knew what SCORM variable that SuccessFactors is using to capture the Grade for the course on the Student History record.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
