Successfully changed the DPI Awareness on my new laptop but how do I record the same size simulations as I have on my other laptop?

I have had to change the DPI Awareness to 1 as my laptop has a HD display. The problem is that I have recorded most of the course on my other laptop which obviously does not have an HD display. I have changed the font size to 100% on my HD display but when I capture a screen it is still showing larger in my Captivate. I am recording at 1280 x 720.

Please help
