Support for projects in different languages

Question

I installed Adobe Captivate in German, but I can't export projects in English. Captivate ignores the project's language settings and exports all texts (in assets\js\CPM.js) in German.

Enterprise support suggessted to reinstall Captivate in English, but I have to export projects sometimes in English sometimes in German. Is there really no proper option inteded by Adobe!?

Localisation is often a pain... You are even lucky because German is one of the 6 languages which is available as app language. For Dutch I always had to cope with some English texts.

Since I also often need French as well, I have tried to install a French CP version along my English version but that is completely impossible. I had to install the French version on another system. At least having the possibility to do that would solve some problems.

However a lot can be translated: I have Quiz Preferences (with default labels) ready for multiple languages, same with Themes.
