Surprising limitation of Captivate

My captures were looking slightly out-of-focus so I contacted support. The bottom line is that Captivate can handle only one video source. So if you are using Captivate with two or more monitors attached to your computer, the captures will be fuzzy. I just installed a 32" monitor so I can follow a script alongside Captivate as I make a recording. The first capture I made with the single monitor was perfect. I tested it by uploading it to Vimeo - a single video source is the solution!!
