I am trying to create a survey where the user answers questions where the answers are either "Poor" Good" "Very good" and "Excellent". What I am doing is an evaluation of a trainer who went on-site to a client. We are asking the client to answer about 10 questions of a multiple choice nature. Then, I want to have the result emailed. I know how to create quizes and send the email and all that but I don't think the version 1.0 has the capability to 1. Not show quiz answers at the end of the sequence of question slides and 2. Email the results with the actual answers to the questions not just pass/fail etc. Am I right or am I missing some way to generate the result I require?

What you want to do is create a quiz with one question slide that uses the Likert template. You can then change the answers and the questions. In the Quiz Manager, set the Reporting Level to "report interactions and the score".

if you'd like, I can email you the survey I use at the end of my courses. It's a separate file that each course quiz links to after the user clicks next.

Please send me the quiz. I have done what you outlined but I'd like to see yours. Thanks. Email to edcooper@squarerigger.com
