Survey questions being scored

Can anyone help me?

When producing training with Captivate, I use a final quiz, and at the end several survey questions. When the quiz results slide appears it scores both the survey and the quiz. How do I separate the two (survey and quiz), or simply deny the survey from being scored? Is there a way to stop the survey from showing up in the quiz results? I looked at preferences, could not see how to stop the survey from being scored.

Bit confused, because Survey questions cannot have a score, they will never be included in a total score of a course. I suppose you mean that they are included in some quizzing system variables like the total number of questions?

Why not use Knowledge Check slides for the Survey questions? They are not scored and will not be added in any quizzing system variables. What you see on the score slides are some of those variables.
