SVG file showing as blank

Hi...when I am opening an SVG file that I downloaded from somewhere, it is not showing me anything on screen in Illustrator. I have the latest cloud version. I can see that the drawing is there in the layers but its on visible on the artboard. Does anyone has any solution for this?

Are you really talking about Illustrator? My question is due to the fact that you didn't post in the Illustrator, but in the Captivate forum, and moreover you are apparently talking about the Creative Cloud as well?
