Question

.SVG files change when preview the project.

I'm working with .svg files in my Cp project and sometimes some images either don't show or the image shown does not match with the image that I used in the slide and shows another from the slide or from the project . Curious thing, when I go to the slide and I change the size of the .svg file and undo the action (ctrl+z) the slide works fine, showing all the .svg files perfectly but then the problem appears in a different slide. Do you have any idea what could be happen or how I can solve this issue? I add the laptop config. if it may help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Fernando,

I ran into the same problem, I had multiple instances of three specific graphics, I resolved it by copying the ones that didn't disappear and overwrote the ones that did. It solved my problem, but I have no reason why it did. My limited understanding of SVG' are that they aren't single graphics, but multiple shapes that form the graphic and need to be downloaded to appear. Something was preventing that from working on 3 of the 9 graphics I had, so by copying ones that were working, it resolved itself.

Hope that helps.

Cheers

Hi Steve,

I tried what you recommended, it worked with some of the .SVG files but not with all of them, I updated the software right now, I'll check if the problem was solved.

Thanks for your help in this matter.

There were some issues with that version, not sure however that this will solve your problems. It is also the way the SVG were built that is important. I know that resizing sometimes is necessary after importing. How were the SVG's created?
