SVG images

Hi

We've been working on a project that makes fairly heavy use of SVG images , exported from Illustrator.

Using them seems to really impact the performance of the project both during authoring and the published HTML.

Often they take a while to appear, sometimes they initially appear at the wrong size, sometimes they just dont appear.

Anyone using SVG images with success ?

    I use SVG when possible, certainly for responsive projects and when their size is smaller than a bitmap image for normal projects. You are using CP9, which version exactly? I use Illustrator as well for export or occasionally PS. Can you give more details about the size of the SVG's? Is this a normal or a responsive project?

    Hi Lilybiri

    Its a normal (not responsive) project , for HTML publishing.

    None of the SVGs are that big. All less than 500k.

    Not that small neither for SVG, especially if you have a lot of them. First version of 9 had more issues with SVG's, I asked about the exact version number in my first answer.
