Question

swf background slide starts with short black blink

Hi Y'all,

do you know a solution for a problem that I was having today:

In Captivate 6 I need to publish a course that can be zoomed in the browser. The course shows some video (FMR) of scrolling.

As very good known this produces artefacts (lines seem to keep standing) in the video. These artefacts are in the original recording but are not shown if I published in fix 100 Percent view. I extracted the swfs and removed all artefacts manually (using Flash).

The FMR swfs are now free of artefacts and I imported them as new background where the old FMRs had been. So far so good. They work, they can be zoomed after beeing published. BUT: every replaced FMR-Slide starts with a black blink somehow. It flashes in black and then it runs smoothly. I tried, but I can't get rid of this black-blink-effect (of course it is not in the swf!).

Can it be done? How?

Timly Help really would save my project.

Best regards

Regine
