swf compilation failed

Hi, I am getting this message on the screen. In the help I am finding some tools for this error solving.  I am changing adobeCaptivate.ini file adding Use32BitJVMForPublish = 1. The problem is not resolved. In the next step is mentionned : Invalid characters are present in text fields such as Project Information, Email, Description, Name, and Slide Name in your project. What characters should i look for as not allowed?

Can you advice? I have more own courses. Some of them are with this error, some of them are working without problem.

Thanks

I want to provide another solution to the "SWF Compilation Failed" error when trying to preview in Captivate. Look at your slide names. A co-worker had this error and I found that she had quotation marks, periods, and exclamation marks in three slide names in the Properties panel. Slide names cannot have special characters. Shout out to Rod Ward who gave me the idea to hide groups of slides until, by process of elimination, I found the culprits!

Are you trying to preview a non-responsive project with any Preview method except for F11, Preview HTML in Browser?

Preview next 5 slide, preview Project .. when  I am making previe in HTML, all is OK. When I publish the project, all is ok.

My intuition is correct. The other Preview methods are still based on SWF technology, using a temporary SWF output.. Since you probably have no longer the Flash Player installed, it is very probable that those Preview methods are not working. A real bug in the UI, which I logged several times without being heard. It is bad, because all Preview methods for responsive projects do use a temporary HTML output and show in browser.
