SWF compilation failed error when publishing video from Adobe Captivate 2019

I am using Captivate 2019 and I am trying to publish my captivate project as a video, but I am getting "SWF compilation failed" error everytime.

I tried updating captivate but got error (code 131) in that too.

Can anyone help me with this?

No there are no swf components..

I published the same file on another machine and its working fine... But when I am trying to publish any file as video output I am getting the same "SWF Compilation...." error...
