Swf error when trying to publish the file as video

I am having the swf error when I am trying to publish the file on my mac as video. I don't have any interaction (Variable) in the slides since this is going to be a video tutorial.  I already tried to publish by deleting the caches and also updated my mac, but its still keeps on throwing up the same error.

Can anyone please provide a resolution to this issue.

Did you check the HTML tracker under the Project menu? It also helps if you mention the exact version number which you find under Help, About Captivate. I just detect now that you are not using the most recent version 12 because that version is not allowing to publish to video.

I check the HTML tracker and it was showing the fade screen is not support. So I went ahead and deleted the fade transition from the slides and then tried to published it as a video but its still throwing the same error.

I am using the following version of Captivate:

    Adobe 2019
    Version 11.8.0.710

It is very strange to have this error if you are only publishing to MP4 VIDEO.

Please show us a screen capture of the Publish to My Computer dialog so that we can see your settings.
