SWF option not showing

Hi, I just downloaded Captivate 9, and when I go to publish my project, the only option I get to choose from is HTML5. Anyone know how to fix this?

    If you are creating a responsive project, the only option is to export to HTML because SWF is not supported on mobile devices. To have also SWF output you need to create a normal, blank project.
