SWF output not playing after publishing

We have captivate 9 e-Learning course.

This course publish build play fine when we kept output setting is "SWF and HTML" is unable. See attached screenshot

But if i try publish build with output format setting as "SWF" (See attached screenshot).

Swf file not play, see below publish folder and swf screenshot, showing only loading page but not going next slide.

Anyone suggest me to resolve this issue.
