Swf's not previewing

I have installed Captivate 3 but I am having problem seeing full motion capture content in the 'next 5 slides' 'project' and 'from this slide' preview modes. I can see the swfs in the library preview pane and it displays fine if I use 'preview in a browser' but not 'within Captivate' - so to speak...
What happens is that slides featuring either 'full motion capture' content or flash content imported into Captivate simply go blank when previewed in this way.
I have installed the latest Flash and Shockwave players but this doesn't make any difference.
Does any body have any ideas how to fix this?

    Version 9 should allow things to work okay with Captivate 3

    So basically there is not really a fix you have to revert to Flash 9
