System recording shows dotted lines

Hi,

I did a simulation recording and then imported those slides to another project, all in Captivate 9. However sometimes some dotted lines appear on some of the slides in the Edit view and published file. See a screenshot below, please. This happened in Captivate 7 as well. Any ideas about what caused this and how to eliminate those dotted lines? Thanks!
