Tab order for accessibility does not display text or images

Just installed a screen reader today to test my first attempt at accessibility for a screen reader, and did not hear anything. My alt text for images is set, my reading order is set, but when I toggle “Show tab order” there is nothing and the refresh option is inactive.

    Hi ​@Tara K. ,
    When ‘Show tab order’ is enabled, it shows the navigation order of only the interactive objects on the slide.
    You can reorder the interactive objects by dragging them to the required position.
    Reordering marks the refresh option active.
