Tabbing Function

This question is related to the accessibility options:

In Captivate 7, there apparently was a setting that would allow you to tab to every item on a page as opposed to just the interactive ones.  However, we don't seem to be able to find that same setting in v9.  Does anyone know where it went?  Thanks.
