Tabbing order of hyperlinks in Captivate 2019

Hello. I'm using Captivate 2019 and having some issues with the accessibility of hyperlinks. In the Tab Order panel I have arranged all my hyperlinks in the correct order. However when I use my keyboard to navigate the published page, only the buttons work. The tabbing function does not navigate to my hyperlinks. Any help would be appreciated with this issue. Thank you.

    The functionality is OK, but you cannot include them in tabbing order as you experienced. More limitations: no shared actions, no way to prevent releasing the playhead when using a simple action.

    If you don't need tabbing order,, use hyperlinks. If you need tabbing order use an 'invisible' shape button on top of the text used at this moment as hyperlink.

    Hyperlinks are sort of hybrids, they do not have all the functionality of regular buttons of any type.

    For the Tab order, please use buttons.

    Thank you for your quick reply! I created a learning module and the last slide includes hyperlinks to external resources for participants. Does this mean I should not use hyperlinks on my slide? I should make those links buttons instead? What about internal hyperlinks (for example in a table of contents that link to another slide within the learning module)?
