Table of Contents Active Entry State Font Color

I want my TOC font for the Active State to be white and I've selected white for all text levels except level 1 but the font color doesn't change, anyone know how to do that?

    Are the entries at different levels? If not, it is level 1 that is used, just the level you didn't change.

    After you select the new font or font color, you'll need to refresh the Table of Contents.

    Click the icon above the Settings... button with the circular arrow:

    Unfortunately, if you've done any customizing you'll need to make those changes again.
