Table of Contents Navigation not working

I am suddenly having this problem too after never having experienced it before. I have followed the steps above about checking the boxes (these were all already checked) but as I have never upgraded to a different version of Captivate, I don't think the last piece of advice will be relevant to me.  I'm on 9.02.437. Any ideas?

    I branched your question to a new thread, the old one was about CP6.

    Do you have Pretest questions? Or do you have a Quiz with the option 'Branch aware' checked?

    It has now started working again so not sure what was happening there. I don't have either pretest questions or a quiz with branch aware checked though.

    I will report back if it starts happening again...

    Hi, I'm again getting the same issue with the table of contents being inactive. It seems to mainly happen when the user wants to jump to a slide that is far away in sequence (e.g. from slide 2 to slide 50). Any ideas?
