Tablet view shows on Phones cc 2017

Question

We've had this issue for a while where the tablet views will show on the larger phones,

but the screen doesn't fit on phone. It's twice the size of the screen.

There's some kind of button or function I need to turn to keep this from happening?

Getting a bit frustrated this is the 3rd version of captivate that seems to do this.

Can't use CC 2019 for this project, but I will laugh it turns out to be fixed in that version

Which type of workflow do you use: breakpoint views or fluid boxes? From the question would say that you are using Breakpoints? Tablet view will show on smartphones as long as the width defined in mobile view is not reached.

Do you realize that it is the BROWSER resolution which you have to take into account, not the screen resolution?
