Templates and defaults objects

Question

Can someone tell me if it is possible to create a template with skins that everyone could share in my organization that includes our own default objects (styles) like arrows, boxes and other callout objects in our branded colors:

If by 'template' you mean a cptl-file, I strongly recommend NOT to use them, because since a couple of versions they do cause a lot of problems.

However I could rrecommend the use of both a full Theme (including the Theme Color palette, all object styles, master slides, skin, recording defaults if you need them) and an External LIbrary with all the common objects, where you could even store all shared actions that can be used by anyone with evenutally inlcuded variables that are no parameters.
