Test Passed shows Incomplete in LMS

I am using Captivate 6.0.1.240 and have created a project with a demonstration, practice and then a test.  When the user takes the test and gets a passing grade the LMS is showing it as incomplete.

I had someone look at my Quiz Preferences and found the problem.  I had User Access and Slides checked.  Wehn I unchecked User Access, everything worked great.  Thanks to all!

    Hi Ralph,

Can you check if you set slides as completion criteria.Probably the number of slides are not visited thats why it is showing incomplete

I have created 20 other Captivate projects just like this one and we don't have this problem with any of them.  There are 12 Test Questions in this test and the test calculates the score correctly.  The example you saw had one incorrect response, this one has no incorrect responses.

There has to be some setting that isn't set correctly for the score to be captured by LMS.

You can track once the score by inserting some system quizzing variables in a text container on the first question slide, time it for the rest of the project. Maybe you'll find the question that is causing the troubles?

I was thinking about cpQuizInfoLastSlidePointScored, cpQuizInfoAnswerChoice?

I added a text object and pasted cpQuizInfoLastSlidePointScored into it.  I'm not sure what to do next?

Do I take the test again and expect to see something on the final slide?

From the reported score, it seems one score has not been transmitted? Can you add one last slide to your course after the score slide, and be sure that the user clicks on the Continue button on the score slide to see that last slide?
