Text Animation Crashing Captivate 9

Question

Hi All,

Hoping someone can shine some light on this.

I am using a Macbook Air 2018 and running the Catalina OS (Version 10.15.2).

When I try to add text animation Captivate stops responding and i have to force quit the programme.

Anyone got any ideas why this is happening or a work around?

Not a Mac user but Adobe Captivate 9 is not compatible with Catalina 10.15. You would need to upgrade/update to ver 2019 update 4.
