Text Caption boxes in a Responsive course

It seems that in a responsive course that I am working on that the text caption boxes change sizes when published on the LMS.  I have the positions set at % relative.  What could I be doing wrong? Below is what it is doing.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Which font do you use? Is it a websafe font?

    Font size is not defined by the position panel, you have to look in the Object Style Manager, where you'll find the font size for each of the 3 breakpoint views.
