I am using Captivate9 (latest version) and a text caption, with bullet points and hyperlinks.  In preview and published mode is overlaid over the top of each other, I have cleared the caches/preferences... wondering why attached screenshotscaptivate developer published outputpublished output

Further to this  it is also adding in extra lines/spaces.  I am wondering if its got something to do with column widths, and size of font it is wrapping the text but not moving the next line down? but cant understand why the developer view and the published output looks so different - or why in fact it is adding additional lines/spaces that i didnt put on there - any thoughts - attaching the other two screen shots to sot the developer view of the additional spaces (and developer view)

How did you set up the Position Properties? You have to do that for each breakpoint view, not only for the Desktop, Primary view.

I havent adjusted the Positions panel other than what was there, it seems all the Object size Height and width % are the same except for Portrait mobile,

attached is an example of what it looked like without adjustment - i have now tried every different computation that i can try and it doesn't seem to be making any difference in the published output. ie i've tried %, and % relative... to Top, left, bottom, and also the object size... - auto, % and relative %...

I recreated a new slide from scratch thinking maybe it was the slide... i am now no longer getting text overlay over itself, but one the primary breakpoint it is still putting a space inbetween the bulltet... but only for a few. I've looked at style manager, and bullets... and tried all the position properties different ones... do you have any recommendations (I am beginning to feel like i'm going to throw the PC against the wall.. frustrating) position properties tab

    - have just read elsewhere that 'relative%', is for overlay, so definitely not using that. Will start from scratch again....

Did you also set up the object styles for text containers? You need to choose a font size for each breakpoint view.
