Text captions keep changing positions

Is anyone else experiencing the following issue in Captivate 9?

Open a previously saved responsive project only to find that the positions of most text captions have changed.

The latest version of Captivate DID change quite a bit of the underlying code for the HTML5 output.

Was this project upgraded from version 8 or from one of the other earlier versions of Captivate that had HTML5 capability (e.g. version 7 or even 6)?

The project has been developed from scratch in Captivate 9.
