Text captions not appearing when viewing course in browser or publishing to exe.

I have timed some text captions to show at a certain time in my demonstration; they show when previewing within Captivate, but do not in broswer nor when published as an .exe. They've worked in the past, and they work on some slides, but not all. This is a lengthy course I am creating, so I reuse a lot of objects and for whatever reason it won't display the text caption on certain slides when actually viewing the course.

The properties ensure they are visible and that there is no transition, the caption is on the top layer as well.  I am honestly not sure what can disable text captions appearing on certain slides.

Thanks in advance for you support!

Visible in Output is selected.

You have an interactive object near the beginning of this slide that is pausing the slide before your caption is due to appear.  That's likely why it's not appearing at runtime.  The slide is paused.

Check if there are no master slide objects set to display on top? And you are not talking about question slides?

There are no master slide objects and there are questions on the slides.  Its a Training Recording, so there will be a little talk about whats going on then a text caption appears with an instruction for them to do, "Click here"... some slides it works fine and others, it doesnt.

Here's an example, "Click the Dropdown" doesn't show up when previewing it outside of Captivate.
