text changes not reflected upon viewing final project.

I'm posting this question on behalf of another user. I shall try to ask the user to post here as if needed.

I have created the complete training on Captivate but sometimes when I am making changes on font or sizes they are not saved. While the edits are reflected when I do the changes however they do not appear when I view the final project

Am talking about small changes like font size etc. still in the development stage

Encountering problem only while previewing the project.

Is it a non-responsive project? Please, which type of output has to be created: HTML or SWF? I am asking this because for a non-responsive project, the only preview method that uses a temporary HTML file is Preview HTML in Browser. All other previews use SWF output.

CP2017 has a patch, is it installed? The present version is 10.0.1.285.

Which font has been used: is it a Websafe font or a Tk font?
