Text disappears when opening a captivate-project

Hi there,

the problem started a couple of weeks ago (afaik there was no update for captivate involved) that whenever I open a project, the text passages don't appear. I didn't change anything in the settings and so far I can't figure out the problem. I have to click on every text, so that i can see them again (i can click through them in the timeline and they all appear).

Even when I publish the project, although the text passages are in the timeline, the text is not published along with the rest of the project but just pictures and all the other stuff.

    Since it started only recently, looks like it is due to something changed in the environment, not in Captivate: new browser versions, update to OS?

    No, it's a work laptop and i can't update or install anything myself. But i think i found a solution, i just copied everything into a completely new project and so far the problem is gone. Since i just started the project, i didn't think of that before but seems like it does the trick.

    That is the usual workaround if the project is corrupted. Hope it will not happe again.
