Text entry box font color not allowing users to see the answer they type.

Question

I have a text entry box I am using in Captivate 9. The text color in the TEB cannot be seen when the users type in the box.  No matter what color I make the box, the text seems to change color or be sort of transparent, so the response cannot be seen.  How do I change the font color for the TEB response?  I am using the "Cloudspace" Captivate theme....I think I got it from the eLearning Brothers site.  Do you think that might make a difference?

Normally you have full formatting for the TEB. Which object style is used? You can check the full style also in the Object Style Manager Is Retain text checked or not? If you suspect this to be linked with eLearning Brothers, maybe ask on their site?
