I need to set up a TBE box with muliples option. I'm doing a simulation where the users enters text in a field, but can either tab to enter the correct text or click in the next field to enter the text. Is there a way to set this up in Captivate.

Thanks for the response. Just wanted to try to clarify a little (I'm really new at this). Are you saying that I should set up two TBEs on two different slides. The first with an invincible button positioned over the next field with the text configured with a TAB shortcut. This is where things get cloudy. What do I need on the 2nd TBE slide? Sorry if this should be obvious to me, it's not.

    Thanks again for your help!

Hi AirJess23 and welcome to our community

The way I thiink this would normally happen in a Captivate setting is by having two Text Entry Boxes. (TEB) Probably on different slides. You would configure the first TEB so that it had a button. Then make the button invisible and position it over the image of the next field. Then configure the TEB itself to have a shortcut key of Tab. So your user would type the text and either press Tab or click the next TEB to proceed. At that point, the initial entry would then be evaluated and the configured action would then occur.

    Hope this helps... Rick
