Text Entry Box in Training Mode in CP5

We have recorded a software simulation in training mode.  When there is a text entry box it doesn't appear in the location it should and we can't figure out how to fix it.  Anyone else ever have this happen? Anyone know how to fix this without rerecording it.

    Susan,

What do you have exactly: a TEB was created but not in the exact location where it was needed? In that case just move it and eventually resize.

Or do you get a Typing object instead of the expected TEB?

I'll have to look again tomorrow.  Maybe it was the demo mode that was typing in the wrong place.  This is a coworkers project.  Is there anyway to fix it if it is a typing object?

    It is possible but cumbersome:

    1. Use the right-click menu to change the typing object in a Text animation (because it is not possible to delete a Typing object)
    2. Delete the Text animation
    3. Create a Text Entry Box, look for the right font, font size... and if necessary validate it, with entering the correct entries

Once you found the correct font/font size it will perhaps be easier to copy/paste the TEB on other locations. To move/resize the TEB I will always use shortcuts: arrows to move, ALT-arrow to resize (top left corner remains in place). But often you'll have to reselect the TEB to be able to do that because focus when selecting a TEB is always on the HUD with the correct answers, very annoying - have mentioned this already many times to the devs
