Text Entry Box not working in web browser capture

I have to create training documentation/simulation for a cloud based program.

When I capture the simulation in TRAINING mode - I'm not able to get the capture to auto create the text entry boxes - I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE

If I use the capture settings in a program like Word or Excel - it works fine - but it's not capturing the functioning correctly when I'm capturing from a web browser.

Because this software is cloud based that I'm developing the training for - I really need this function to work.

I have uninstalled, re-downloaded and re-installed.  I have cleared the preferences -

I have a co-worker that is also working on the project with me - and she is able to have this functionality - so I know the settings I am using is correct - its just not functioning on my program the way it should.

I have Captivate 2017, everything is up to date.

I need help with this ASAP -

Some cloud-based applications cannot be captured with all the functionality that you have for locally running apps. I suppose you already run CP as Administrator?

Thanks.  I was finally able to get it to work by running it through Internet Explorer, but it does not work in Chrome or Firefox still.

My company development team is checking to see if the system they are developing will run into errors or issues by using IE -- as long as it doesn't -- I at least have the work around of recording through IE - but it's not ideal.
