Text Entry box will not open the Correct Entries dialog box.

I am having a very strange issue with my text entry box setup. I am trying to validate a user input, and add answers in the Correct Entries dialog box. The problem is when I click Validate User Input field nothing happens the Correct Entries dialog box never opens. Why is the correct entry box not opening am I missing something?

    Can only guess, this type of problem has not been mentioned by anyone. Maybe there is some corruption in Captivate or in the project. To see if it is the project, just try the workflow in a new project. If you have the same problem, corruption is probably in Captivate.  In that case I would recommend to clean the Preferences. Find the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder and run 'CleanPreferences...' fitting for your OS while Captivate is closed.
