Text Entry Submit Button not working in IE 11

I created a simulation in Captivate 9. I have a text entry box that is validated. It works in Chrome and Firefox. In IE 11, I can type in the TEB but the submit button doesn't work. Has anyone else experienced this? I have it set to 2 trys so eventually the user moves on but it is not a good experience.
