Text expanding tabs in Preview mode

Some how I turned on a text tab visible during preview mode that expands the text across the screen and shrinks back. It is not occurring for each of the text boxes just some. I have checked Properities and order on the time line and can not turn them off. Anyone know how?

    Answering my own question.

    I am using a Responsive project with Fluid boxes. I unlocked the text caption boxes from the fluid boxes to move them around for the optimum layout. I went back and in the Edit field re-sized the text caption Box to the Left and Right sides of the fluid box it was in. I then used more spacing and Tabs to readjust the text and all the text pop ups went away in the Preview.

    Oddly this never happed to me before in other projects, but I have learned from this one. 

    It would be nice to have this feature as an option to turn on and off. I think the pop up boxes could be a nice tool for some screens.
