Text Missing from SWF in Captivate Slide

Question

I inserted an SWF on my first slide in my
presentation. When I press F3, it works great. When I press F4 to
preview the project, the file plays but the text that is within
this file, is not visible. I have changed backgrounds and
transparencies, and I still have no text. This text is animated and
I don't know if this is part of the problem.

Did you create the SWF in Flash and then embed it in Captivate? If so, did you publish the Flash SWF for the same Flash Player version as your Captivate movie. For example, if you are publishing your Captivate movie for FP7, did you also publish your Flash SWF for FP7 (or earlier)?

If your Flash SWF is for v8, and your Captivate movie is for v7, then that MIGHT be the problem.
